AI-generated replies now display a confidence score (High, Medium, Low) based on knowledge base coverage and intent detection accuracy. High-confidence replies can be sent with one click, while low-confidence replies are flagged for careful review.

Knowledge base synchronization is now 4x faster with incremental updates. Previously, any change required a full re-index. Now only modified articles are re-processed, reducing sync times from minutes to seconds.
