How does SuperPilot use my data?

SuperPilot only accesses emails you explicitly ask it to draft replies for. Your documents are stored securely and used only to generate contextual responses. We never train AI models on your data. See our Security page for details. Learn about our security

What file types can I upload?

SuperPilot supports PDF, Word documents (.docx), text files (.txt), Markdown (.md), and can crawl web pages. You can also connect Google Drive, Notion, and other integrations.

Does SuperPilot send emails automatically?

No. SuperPilot only drafts replies—you always review and approve before sending. The 'Draft' button inserts the response into Gmail's compose box, giving you full control.

Can I use SuperPilot with a team?

Yes! Our Team plan includes shared knowledge, so your entire team can access the same documents, templates, and context. Each member gets their own account with access to team resources. See Team pricing

What happens when I hit my draft limit?

You'll see a notification in the extension. You can upgrade to a higher plan anytime, and your new limits apply immediately. Unused drafts don't roll over. Compare plans

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your Dashboard → Settings → Billing. Your access continues until the end of your billing period. We also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.
